Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his character on the tv show Law & Order Special Victims Unit. While in college, he started to take an interest in acting. In the University of Colorado at Boulder where he enrolled in the acting program. He's appeared in TV and films, however it was his character on the small screen which earned him fame and an enormous fan base. He has been able to seamlessly play characters from both sides of the law to grab an audience's interest. The first production he did was a serial on television, but later he played the part of an NYPD detective. Due to his work on the small screens, he has received many nominations to the prestigious Emmy Awards as well as the PRISM Awards. One of his most striking facial features is said to be his blue eyes, which are considered to be a trademark and have aided in the portrayal of rough characters that have charisma. In 2006, he appeared on People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
